Lenox is great! I managed to get a Lenox tank and a Sybil pencil skirt out of 1 metre. I wear a sz large. The band on the Lenox and the waistband on the skirt were pieced, but with the print you couldn’t tell.

This is confusing. Is there a class??

Whitney, I made the raphsody for the first time and did not make the bias extended ties; however, my v shape does not lay flat at all. It flops open. I used the full bust option pattern. Would the problem be caused because I need to use the rgular size pattern? Thanks so much!

Thank you for a great sew along you have made it so easy to follow. Also I think I’ve got the function for sewing on buttons. 😮 I’ve only had my machine since 2010. 😅 I’ve been sewing for many years and I was taught to do buttons and button holes by hand also gathering. I know it’s time consuming but I find personally it has a better finish. But I will try it out. Thanks again for your video. 😊

If you need to shorten the length wouldn’t you draw the line 1/2 in above the cut line and bring the bottom part up to the line to equal 1 inch?

When doing your measurements and picking the correct size do you look at the finished measurements on the pattern.

Thanks for this linen roundup! I also find that choosing patterns that aren't too closely fitted for my linen projects helps with the wrinkling side of things. I had to chuckle when I heard Whitney mention that the FF pattern was the Melody..... My LN patterns are all right behind my left shoulder when I'm sitting in my chair. All I had to do was turn around to do a check. "Yup, got the Melody!" 😁 So it's printed by not made up yet. 🙃

I highly recommend the Melody! My ASG group selected it for our 1st blouse to make. Many of the women had completely given up on garment sewing-because they couldn’t make clothes that fit. They were so excited and pleased with their makes. Thank you for this lovely and stylish pattern.

Thank you for this really informative vlog. You’ve put in so much detail and all of it is super helpful and being able to see the different dresses compared side by side is priceless. I have the Olympia pattern and was doubting my fabric choice of a pretty poly jersey but from your brilliant examples in the different fabric picks I can see that with some small length adjustments my dress will be just fine. Thank you again for the time and effort you put into this video.
